Herrington Park is already a lovely location, Love Lily just tops off a lovely walk. Very slight wait to be seated however this is only due to popularity. Staff are so welcoming and friendly and the place is spotless and very well decorated. Food was superb and both the other half and I really enjoyed it. Its dog friendly and they have a terrace for just this so it's great for people with furbabies. We will be back very soon to sample some more food. Possibly my new favourite eatery for a brunch stop off.

Went for a full English at Love Lily’s today, was really nice. Food was quality and not long to wait, service was good. No issues at all, would definitely return

*Long review coming up but I genuinely think this place deserves it. So many bits that we were so impressed with!* Absolutely amazing place. We were a little put off by the queue but decided to wait. We were so impressed by the management of the queue, with a staff member coming and asking table requirements and taking people in as those tables became available (i.e. a couple behind us went in before us, but we were in before two groups of six in front of us). With that in mind it was really interesting watching them manage the tables inside while we were there, moving bigger tables down to smaller and vice versa depending on the requirements outside. In total I'd say we waited slightly over ten minutes. We didn't check the menu out at all before hand and had planned to just take the kids for a milkshake and sweet treat. We were really surprised by the extensive food options available and a few savoury items took our fancy so instead opted for brunch. After much deliberation (where the staff were very patient with us) we ordered our items. The milkshakes came quicker than the hot chocolates by a good five minutes but we were fine with that. We were all really pleased with our food choices when they came too. They all looked exactly as they did on the menu. They all tasted delicious. And they were all very good portion sizes, offering good value for money. The whole place is immaculately clean which was just lush! Even the menus were spotless, which for a place so busy I would have thought might have had that well used stick. But not at all, they appeared to be brand new but weren't. In addition to this when the staff cleaned the tables they did such a thorough job checking seats, sorting any mess on the floor. And I have never ever seen a baby high chair get cleaned so thoroughly! Staff were polite and friendly throughout and worked well together too. Would highly recommend a visit here.

Went to the Love Lily at Herrington Park, partly due to the Roker one being closed for refurbishment. We went quite early, even though there was a fair bit of snow on the A19. We were greeted and we were given a choice of tables. Everything was familiar as we’ve been to the Roker one a couple of times. We do like the seaside. The drinks came quickly, and the food shortly after. We both settled for the pancakes, with my eyes bigger than my belly I settled for the full 4. In fairness, my Mrs ordered the 2, but they brought the 4 by mistake. They were smothered in sauce, but 2 was enough, and we both took 2 away in a box that was provided. Too yummy to waste. We really enjoyed our visit here, in all fairness, we will probably make this our local (it is really a rare treat) It’s much bigger than Roker, and although there’s no seaside, the countryside is really lovely. The staff were excellent, really friendly, helpful and very efficient.

When I tell you this is a great place, I mean it. Staff are so friendly and talkative with a great attitude!! This is the perfect place for social media and honestly, just a great time. I leave feeling happy and fulfilled every single time!! Their weekend specials just keep reeling me back in and I’m so excited to try next weeks!! Great idea to add limited time to some menu items because it keeps me on my toes for the next months!! Keep going and keep up with the great food!!

Came here for the first time this morning, on way here we read all the reviews and came here with an open mind! But after our visit we are absolutely over the moon with it and not sure what all the bad reviews are about!! There was a little wait for drinks which is normal when they are so busy. The waitresses were all lovely, pleasant and polite. The food was absolutely gorgeous, the presentation is superb. The pancakes were absolutely amazing they were perfect so nice and fluffy! Also very fairly priced for food! We will definitely be back after a very pleasant visit! If I was to give feedback I'd probably say more staff to deal with the quickness of drinks and there isn't much parking spaces so have to park elsewhere but we didn't mind a walk but just to make people aware. But I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back for more delicious food. Thank you love lily!

We’ve been to Love Lily’s Burger Nights a few times now and we keep coming back for more! In the past I’ve had the Love Lily Burger and the Mexican Burger and they’re always jam-packed with flavour. The Korean Beef Loaded Fries are sooo tasty too, definitely a favourite on the menu! You can even get cocktails if you don’t fancy a soft drink, the hot chocolate and milkshakes are amazing too. The food is always delicious, the drinks are lovely and the staff are so friendly & helpful. A must-try if you live local.

Lovely place, beautiful place to sit in and plenty of choice - I can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu. The staff were lovely and really attentive too. The price point I’d say is completely reasonable for how much food you get and the quality - there’s so much variety and something to suit everyone. Can’t wait to return soon!
